NDEPC - Energy Assessments

Commercial Energy Assessments are undertaken to enable a prospective buyer or tenant of a commercial property to see how energy efficient the building is.

The assessment will take into account the buildings energy consumption (heating, lights etc) and also carbon emissions that the building produces.

Once the assessment is complete an energy rating from A to G will be produced, A being the most energy efficient and G being the worst efficiency.

Recommendations will also be provided that could improve the energy efficiency of a building.  Therefore improving its rating and making it more appealing to prospective buyers or tenants.
